6th Year LCVP Class
On Friday October 23rd the teachers wore the school uniform for the day. They did this in aid of Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
This was a result of a two week fundraising campaign led by the 6th year LCVP class. As part of their Enterprise Action Plan, they decided to raise funds and awareness for Temple Street Children’s Hospital. They managed to convince the teachers to agree to wear the uniform for the day if they raised a minimum of €500.
In the end they managed to exceed their target and raise €840. A huge thank you to all the students and teachers who gave generously to Temple Street. Special thanks to O’ Farrells School Wear in Swords who very generously donated a number of uniforms to help facilitate the event.
The event brought was greatly enjoyed by students and teachers alike. Well done to the LCVP class for organising a fun event and raising funds for a great cause.
